hi, first off with the intro- im Derek, huge BR fan (only one round where i live) seen both movies, read the manga comics up to the 3rd one (all the pointless pornography kinda put me off), currently reading the novel, pg370 or sumit, (only had it for 4 days )
anyways, i just so happened to come across your website, and then this forum, and to be honest your rpg system really does SUCK. (no offense intended) but i mean, 'the last one to post thing' is seriously unfair, there isn't much freedom in the game, not to mention the lack of action, and there is what? 5players so far? so using your system wont really work.
i didn't came just to slag you off , i'm seriously into BR and i really want to be part of this game but it hurts me to see how "bad" the game is. so i'd like to suggest new game rules and system.
first off, stuff all the bus trip forum fing, all relationships should just happen over IM (instant messenger e.g msn or icq). This can really show someones TRUE personality.
to start the game, the admin or whoever in charge needs to RANDOMLY issue each player with a weapon, but this needs to be in a private message between the 2 people to keep it secret. numbers will also be assigned randomly for the order players are released from camp (or school, whatever)
for more Characer to each player, every1 gets to choose their own weaknesses and streangths. these should be posted to the moderator and and if he/she decides that it is fair, it will be posted into a characters thread. (everyone should be able to see these as they would know every one in their class etc etc, most hated player should also be posted aswell for more fun, or they could choose to not have any most hated character but meaning it would take more to kill a player).
now we've got the characters sorted, the actual game play shouldd be something like this: - 1, movement of a character should be posted to the moderator only. This could be classed as north-west of b9 or something or even allocate names i.e. the bottom of mount chillard or something.
2, once the moderator knows where everyone is on a map, he/she can decide whether they meet or not. if they do s/he should notify one or both of the characters (example, bob was sneaking around whereas bill was running, meaning bob will see bill, or bob was resting when bill sneaked up on him, this would mean only one character would be notified, what he do after that would be up to them) Or (if they both was roaming around they will both see each other and both will be notified.)
3, battle system- a characters intention should be sent to the moderator then passed on depending on what happens. (e.g. bob wants to team up with bill and tells mod, mod tells bill that bob wants to team up with him, bill tells mod that he wants to shoot bob, bob dies) Something along those lines.
4, when someone dies, only the killer can opt to pick up their weapon, but if they dont, other people who run into the death scene can pick up the weapon. (whether if the 3rd person finds the death scene or not is up to the mod)
5, inventory and items- players only have a limted inventory or the amount they can carry, they can drop stuff to carry more, but cannot hold too much weapons and stuff. (this system is yet to be decided).
6, rations, food and water can only last a certain amount of time. if the player does a lot of exercise, they use more resources, if they have a wound or sumething they may need water and cloth or something to heal themself, (otherwise they can move slower or something)
this is my idea, its just a short summary (theres still things like what if peoplee run away and how far they ran etc) , i dont want to explain too much if its not going to happen on here (if it doesnt i'll make my own forum )
good thing about this is that it'll work with less players aswell (just need a smaller map)
anyways reply back if you have any intrest.

p.s, where is everyone from? any from japan or hong kong/china? just that i was wondering if it'd be ok if i use slang? (ya'kno jus 2 make typin fasta and shorta)
oh and one more thing, how come sakamochi is all perverted and stuff in the book and comics, but he was all friendly in the movie?

| good ideas...I dont know why nor do i care why he is a pevert but in the movie the teacher is a different one from the book and manga and the teacher in the movie use to be the students 7th grade teacher

I think these are good suggestions. I actually prefer maybe a set amount of points that we can decide how to distribute among different attributes; e.g. agility, strength, weapons knowledge, etc. and one of them should be a compassion factor (the more points you assign to it the fewer qualms you have about killing someone).
